Deepa is deeply passionate about empowering women to reclaim and regain their health across all stages of life — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to menopause and chronic pelvic pain.

Her expertise covers antenatal pelvic girdle and sacroiliac pain, pelvic floor preparation for birth, postnatal recovery of the core and pelvic floor, abdominal muscle separation, pelvic floor dysfunction, pre- and post-gynaecological surgery rehabilitation, and menopause-related pelvic floor changes.

Beyond women's health, Deepa specialises in lymphoedema management — especially breast cancer-related arm lymphoedema — offering manual lymphatic drainage, laser therapy, compression therapy, decongestive exercises, bandaging and custom garment prescription. She uses a holistic, evidence-based approach that integrates physiotherapy, lymphoedema care and cancer rehabilitation.

Deepa strongly believes in developing a therapeutic partnership with her clients, guiding them to achieve their optimal health and recovery goals with support that is both clinically sound and heartfelt.

Beyond the clinic

Deepa enjoys neuroscience, human emotion and motivation. She practices yoga, pilates and meditation, finds joy in dancing, nature walks and — most importantly — treasures her role as a mother to two vibrant kids.

We take the time to listen, explain your options clearly, and work alongside you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. Evidence-based care, delivered with compassion, honesty and respect.
